You are in Dubai. How does that actually work?
Over video call, WhatsApp and email, the same way most agency work happens now. We are four hours ahead of Ireland, which in practice means the work you asked for on Monday evening has been done before you open on Tuesday. You will deal with the same person throughout, not an account manager.
Why is it so much cheaper than a local agency?
Lower overheads and a process we have run many times. There is no office in Dublin to pay for and no layer of account management between you and the person building the site. That is the entire explanation — the work itself is not smaller.
Do I own the website?
Yes, completely, and it is in your name from the start. The domain and the hosting are registered to you, you get full admin access and the files, and nothing is held back. If you ever want to move to someone else, you take it with you and we help you hand it over.
How do I pay, and when?
By card through a Stripe link, or by SEPA transfer to a euro account — whichever you prefer. Either way you pay after you have seen the work and approved it, never before. Card payment means your bank's buyer protection applies.
What do I need to give you to start?
Less than you would think. Your business name, what you do, and your Google listing if you have one. We build a homepage from that and show it to you. Everything else — photos, wording, details — we pull together with you afterwards.
Is my data handled properly under GDPR?
Yes. Enquiries are stored on our own server rather than a third-party tool, the privacy notice explains what is kept and for how long, and marketing email is a separate opt-in you have to tick yourself. Sites we build for you ship with a cookie banner and a privacy page as standard.
